The clear plastic On & Off valve has a crack in it and is leaking; can I get it replaced?

ANSWER: The on & off valve is included under the one year warranty. To get a replacement valve, please contact us at customerservice@mistymate.com    customerservice@mistymate.com and provide name and address; we will be glad to send you a new on/off valve. Note: If you have had your system over one year we offer replacement on & off valves online.
