I am having problems pressurizing my Misty Mate personal pump, what can I do?

Answer: Unscrew the cap from the bottle. Place one hand on the black plastic cylinder and the other hand on the cap with the pump. Twist in opposite directions and separate the black plastic cylinder from the cap. Set the cap aside so you are only holding the black hollow cylinder. On the large top end there is a lip. On the outside of the lip there should be a large black rubber O-ring that is removable--99% of the time problems pressurizing are due to missing this O-ring. If you are still having problems locating the O-ring, use this diagram of the cap assembly for further assistance.
