The customer service at mistymate is second to none. I have called with questions and a problem I experienced, and they were happy to assist, no questions asked. Living in Houston, with our high humidity, I initially thought adding more mist to our large veranda was the last thing I would need. Boy was I wrong. The system worked lowering the temperature dramatically. I have recommended the misting system to everyone I know including our building contractor. I recently switched to the all stanless steel misters over the plastic misters that came with the system. (the plastic mister heads became clogged due to the hard water here) I tried soaking them in vinegar to remove the buildup, but the “O” ring swelled up. I tried to add some stainless steel misters with the plastic misters that still were usable, but this did not work very well. I have several sets connected and the plastic must have larger holes so very little mist came out of the stainless mister heads. Once I changed to all stainless, the system worked perfectly. better in fact. The stainless mister heads seem to have a different “O” ring that should be able to be removed before soaking to remove the calcium buildup. Great product great company
