I have ms and with this recent heat wave in California it is very hard on me found this product online and I was skeptical about the product I purchased the neck tie and the head bandana and personal mister and I was amazed I am so thankfull to this company you literally saved my life and my family's sanity I get in very bad moods one of the effects of heat with ms .
